Long Engineering, Inc. has always been a leader in sustainable design having pioneered the Sweetwater Creek State Park Visitor Center in 2006, a LEED NC - Certified Platinum building, one of only 20 in the world at the time and the first LEED Certified Platinum project in Georgia. It was also the recipient of the American Council of Engineering Companies’ 2007 Engineering Excellence Grand Award and an Honorable Mention in the ACEC National Engineering Excellence Awards.

Long Engineering, Inc. strives to enhance our sustainability initiatives through civil engineering services provided by our qualified staff. We continue to enhance our knowledge through work on LEED Certified Projects throughout the State of Georgia. We have provided civil engineering services, including the LEED documentation on New Construction projects for parks and recreational facilities, sports facilities, municipal buildings, hospitals, residential communities, commercial high-rises and higher education buildings.
